Uvex Profatherm XB40 Thermal Gloves

The uvex profatherm XB40 safety glove (art. 6059511) is a cotton terry heat-protection glove designed for safe handling of warm to hot objects in industrial environments. Made from robust cotton loop (terrycloth) material, it offers very good thermal insulation and is certified for contact heat up to 250°C according to EN 407 (X 2 X X X X). The uncoated design ensures good comfort and grip on dry surfaces, while the soft cotton on the inside provides pleasant wearer comfort during prolonged use. Tested and certified to EN 388:2016 (2 2 4 1 B), the glove offers protection against mechanical risks such as grazes and lacerations in addition to heat protection. With a length of approximately 400 mm and size 11, it covers a large area of the hand and lower arm, making it ideal for light to medium metal processing, foundries, iron/steel industry, plastics processing, and other dry industrial applications involving contact with hot parts.
